A yoga strap/long scarf (not wool)
We meet on zoom.
Finally, please note, that it is advisable not to eat for at least 2 hours before practising yoga.

Your very first class: £8.50 per person
Pay As You Go: £11 per person, per class
Monthly Class Pass: £42 per person, per month
Class Prices IRL:
Your very first class: £9.50 per person
Pay As You Go: £12 per person, per class
Monthly Class Pass x 1 class per week: £45 per person, per month
Monthly Class Pass x 2 classes per week: £65 per person, per month
Class Prices IRL & On-Line:
Monthly IRL & On-line Class Pass x 2 classes per week: £63 per person, per month

Please ensure you book for the class you want to attend.
In joining me for an on-line class, please make sure you have a suitable, safe environment in which to do yoga.
Please place your mat & yourself where I can see you.
Also, please know that you practice at your own risk.
Both the on-line classes & the real life classes are popular &, there is limited space. Please, therefore, book & pay for your mat space in advance. This guarantees your place.
Bookings will be taken on a first come first serve basis. Bookings are non-transferable.
If, therefore, you need to cancel a booking you have made for a class, please do so at least 24 hours before the class via the booking system.
In the unfortunate event of my having to cancel the class, you will be refunded
