If you've never done yoga before, find it difficult to get to class, prefer not to practice in a class setting or have something specific that you'd like to address/are concerned about, a 1-1 or small group class may be more suitable for

We chat so that I get to know more about you & what you want from the classes.
You can ask as many questions as you like.
You get personal, individual attention.
If you're planning a small group class the maximum number of people is 4 simply so that everybody receives individual attention.

One to One Classes £55 per hour

For on-line private classes, we meet on zoom.

We'll agree a mutually convenient day & time & I'll give you bank details.
You then simply transfer funds & we're good to go!

Where a class is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the full hour's charge will be made.
